  • Dynamic asanas giving proper stretch and compression on the body to reduce the excess fat
  • Suryanamaskar for strengthening the muscles and improving the flexibility of the spine.
  • Yogic relaxation techniques heals the body and rejuvenates the mind. Releases the stress.
  • Also suggest the diet and life style changes.
