  • Pre-natal : A fit woman can bear the strain of labour and delivery.  Tremendous physical and hormonal changes take place during the pregnancy period.  The yogasanas and Pranayam helps the pregnant woman to cope and get a better hold of herself during all these changes.
  • Post- natal : The proper exercises done post delivery, helps to regain the elasticity of the abdomen and the woman can restore the desired figure.  Pranayamas, and relaxation helps to maintain  a balanced state of mind.
