1 hour

Each session of 1 hour, which can be planed either twice a week or thrice a week.

  • Personal training for ladies.
  • The Stretching exercises, Asanas and Pranayams would be suggested as per the client’s health conditions. Also their objective behind joining the yoga sessions is taken into consideration while doing so.
  • The sessions would be conducted at client’s place.
