  • 40 Asanas for flexibility of the body and for improving the neuro- muscular co-ordination.
  • 7 Pranayams for relaxing the mind and improving the concentration.
  • Suryanamaskar for strengthening the muscles and improving the flexibility of the spine.
  • Yogic relaxation techniques relaxes the body and rejuvenates the mind.
  • Omkar chanting – with this the cells of our body get vibro- massage.
